Homecoming Queen Makayla Parker is the daughter of Michael and Jennifer Parker of Hewitt. Makayla’s school achievements and activities have included Spirit of Midway, AVID, Theatre, and Soccer. Her favorite community activity has been volunteering at Spring Valley’s Fall Carnival and Turkey Trot. After graduation, Makayla plans to attend Texas State University and major in Physical Therapy.
