Foundation Innovation’s strategic planning consultant led Midway’s District Leadership Team (superintendent, assistant superintendents, executive directors, directors, coordinators, principals, and assistant principals) through organizing survey and focus group feedback into goals. The Leadership Team identified action steps needed to achieve the community’s goals.
